Round 5 of XCR is on Saturday 6th July with the road relay at Sandown Racecourse. Runners complete two laps of the 3.1km motor racing circuit with the runner changeover in front of the grandstand.
If you wish to run, please let the Winter captain know before 5:00pm Friday 1 July.
