In round four, White and Blue zones will run program 1 together at the Knox Athletics Track in Knoxfield. On the program are the 200m, 800m, 3000m, 4x200m relay, hurdles, shot put, triple jump and high jump.

Alternatively, Red and Yellow zones will conduct program 2 at Werribee, whilst the country venues will conduct program 1.
