In round one, White and Blue zones will run program 1 together at Casey Fields in Cranbourne East. On the program are the 200m, 800m, steeplechase, 200-400m hurdles, walks, shot put, hammer, triple jump, high jump, and pole vault.

Alternatively, Red and Yellow zones will conduct program 2 at Aberfeldie.
