In round one, White and Blue zones will run program 1 together at Casey Fields in Cranbourne East. On the program are the 200m, 800m, 3000m, 4x100m relay, sprint hurdles, walks, shot put, hammer, triple jump, high jump, and pole vault.

Alternatively, Red and Yellow zones will conduct program 2 at Williamstown.
