In round four, White and Blue zones will run program 2 together at AC Robertson Field in Ringwood. On the program are the 100m, 400m, 1500m, 4x200m relay, 200-400m hurdles, walks, discus, javelin, and long jump.

Alternatively, Red and Yellow zones will conduct program 1 at Doncaster.
