In round three, White and Blue zones will run program 2 together at Morrison Reserve in Mount Evelyn. On the program are the 100m, 400m, 1500m, sprint hurdles, 4x400m relay, walks, discus, javelin, long jump and pole vault.

Alternatively, Red and Yellow zones will conduct program 1 at Aberfeldie.
